InfiniSense TM is a real-time analytics platform that collects, manages, and applies real-time data for any display network. The hardware component of the InfiniSense platform scans the display’s direct environment via different sensors, capturing audience presence (counting) and metrics (such as age and gender), while the data cloud software performs real-time data analytics to provide Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and reports.
Proof of performance
With insights into what communication has been displayed, on which display, and what audience has been reached, the real-time statistics provided by InfiniSense enable you to increase the effectiveness of your digital out-of-home communication . Now you can show the right information at the right time, to the right audience, and at the right place. You can also determine the ROI of every single display in your network as you know exactly which displays get the most attention and who is looking at them.
Uniting hardware with software
The InfiniSense Interactive Analytics Point (IAP) hardware contains real-time sensors for WiFi, optional antennas, and cameras to capture audience presence and support interactivity. Third-party, commercially available sensors are also supported through the unit's USB interfaces.
The anonymized data that’s collected through these sensors is then sent to the second component: a subscription software service (SAAS) . This data cloud performs data analytics in real-time to provide KPIs, demographic dashboards, and traffic related to a display’s direct environment which can easily be visualized in any content management software.
