上海機電設備招標有限公司（以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)：招標機構）受上海交通大學(xué)（以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)：招標人）委托，對下述貨物進(jìn)行國際公開(kāi)競爭性招標，我們竭誠歡迎合格投標人參加投標。

項目概況/Project Overview：上海交通大學(xué)擬采購無(wú)線(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò )系統。Shanghai jiaotong university plans to purchase The wireless network system.

招標產(chǎn)品清單 / List of Products:
*支持802.11a/n/ac與802.11b/g/n同時(shí)工作，支持主流廠(chǎng)商的客戶(hù)端。支持IEEE802.3af POE供電。支持3個(gè)空間流，在5GHz下連接速率最高可以達到1300M的MIMO系統性能。
投標人資格要求 /Qualification Requirements For Bidder：
1)投標人在中華人民共和國境內外注冊且具有獨立的法人資格，能提供上述產(chǎn)品及相應服務(wù)的代理商或生產(chǎn)廠(chǎng)家； 1) the bidder registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China and has independent legal person qualification, can provide the products and corresponding service agents or manufacturers;
2)必須提供所投產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)商針對本次招標項目出具的獨家授權書(shū)；2) must provide the cast product exclusive authorization letter issued by the producer for the project subject to tender;
3)具有招標文件中所需設備的供貨和售后服務(wù)的能力；
3) with the supply of equipment required in the tender documents and the ability to after-sales service;
4、本次招標不接受聯(lián)合體投標。/ Joint Bids is not Available.
